We are seeking a dependable and skilled Catering Chef to join our high-volume Team Dining team at Cooperstown All Star Village. This position prepares and executes large-scale catered meals for players and coaches while maintaining exceptional food quality, safety, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistency and teamwork.
Daily tasks include preparing hot and cold menu items according to standardized recipes and executing banquet and catering event production for large groups. Assist with prep production for daily catering events, maintain portion control and presentation standards, and ensure food is prepared, held, and served at safe temperatures. Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of cooking experience (high-volume or banquet preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and production sheets accurately
- Experience with bulk cooking and batch production
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Catering or banquet experience
- ServSafe Certification
