In this role, you will oversee food production, purchasing, and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, well-presented food that delights every guest. You will bring your energy to build relationships with guests and team members through culinary experiences while managing the day-to-day flow of the kitchen.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred)
  • Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire a team
  • Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, menu costing tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high heat/humidity environments
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
