Harvest Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about the culinary industry. Here true hospitality and a menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood and modern American cuisine are proudly served in a familiar, yet exciting atmosphere.

We are looking for leaders who are upbeat, energetic and dedicated to guest satisfaction to join our team. A tasting and trail will be necessary for this position so that we can assess your skillset throughout the interviewing process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
  • Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
  • Strong broiler skills are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player and mentor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen team in delivering prime steaks, fresh seafood, and modern American cuisine with true hospitality.
  • Interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
  • Demonstrate strong broiler skills and maintain excellent attention to detail.
  • Mentor and develop kitchen staff as a team player and leader.
  • Uphold guest satisfaction through high-quality food and service.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal changes.
