About this role
Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at an account with $1.51–3.5M in managed volume. This role is the top culinary leader on-site, responsible for menu development, catering oversight, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Day-to-day, you will oversee kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls with full P&L accountability. You will also supervise and develop the culinary hourly team, training them in proper food production, service, presentation, and portion control.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in culinary management
- Skilled in menu development, inventory management, P&L analysis, and cost controls
- Experienced in delivering personalized dining experiences and addressing diverse dietary needs
- Strong background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
- Expertise in menu innovation, food safety, sanitation, and sustainability standards
Responsibilities
- Lead culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop menus and oversee catering execution to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Own culinary cost controls and P&L accountability for the account
- Supervise, train, and develop culinary hourly teams and culinarians in food production, service, and presentation techniques
- Ensure all food is served in accordance with Parkhurst standards for quality, safety, and sanitation
- Manage menu communications and enforce portion control standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members through engagement and hospitality
- Perform related duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
