Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role within the pastry department of a highly regarded hotel or comparable establishment
Extensive technical expertise in pastry arts
Strong understanding of current culinary trends and innovations
Open and flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
US work authorization
