The Food & Beverage Department delivers Everyday Luxury through unique, engaging, fun, and shareable food & beverage experiences. As Pastry Chef de Partie, Commissary, prepare and serve food offerings with the highest level of culinary expertise. Ensure seamless kitchen operations and an Everyday Luxury experience for all guests.

Support curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment focused on baked goods and sweet snacks. Uphold standards of operational excellence while preparing exceptional product offerings.

Join a team responsible for best-in-class equipment for preparation and service in the commissary. Collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners in a dynamic back-of-house environment. Work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 12:30pm - 9:00pm to support employee dining.

Requirements

  • Food Safety Certification
  • Red Seal Certification or OHFA, an asset
  • Experience producing baked goods and other sweet snacks/breakfast items
  • Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Ability to work shifts Mondays through Fridays between 12:30pm - 9:00pm

  • Support curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment
  • Prepare an exceptional product offering of baked goods and sweet snacks
  • Uphold standards of operational excellence in the kitchen
  • Support ensuring best-in-class equipment for preparation and service
  • Produce breakfast items and pastries with culinary expertise
  • Maintain seamless commissary operations for employee dining
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene in back-of-house preparation
