Become the heart of our kitchen and create taste experiences guests never forget. We seek a driven and passionate Sous Chef with a sharp eye for quality, details and flavors to elevate our kitchen to new culinary heights. Lead daily operations and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef.

Requirements

  • Experienced chef with background as Sous Chef or similar leadership role
  • Leader who motivates, supports and develops the team
  • Structured, business-minded and solution-oriented
  • Creative with good sense for taste, presentation and sustainability
  • Strong drive and sharp eye for details

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily work in the kitchen and serve as a present role model for the team
  • Ensure quality, hygiene and safety hold absolute top level every day
  • Work operatively with production for breakfast, a la carte, banquet and events
  • Handle inventory, planning and follow-up/improvement of routines
  • Develop menus and concepts together with Executive Chef
  • Follow up department results and work proactively with profitability
  • Inform and coordinate the team ahead of each service and event
  • Keep the entire kitchen operation updated on fire, hygiene and safety routines
