This position rotates between cashier, server, dish washing, pot washing, and trayline assignments. Responsibilities include positive customer and patient interaction, cash handling, serving, record keeping, food production, and sanitation. Duties support patient meals in a hospital kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma preferred
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and make change
  • Skill in serving food safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures
  • Capacity to rotate through multiple kitchen stations
  • Reliability for varied shift assignments
  • Positive interaction with patients and customers

Responsibilities
