It offers luxury accommodation with 30 bedrooms, destination dining in a sea view restaurant, cocktail lounge and public bar. The venue also hosts desirable weddings and events.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join our professional and dynamic catering team. You will work alongside the team in our fast-paced kitchen creating stunning dishes in a stunning setting. This role suits chefs ready for high-volume service in a coastal hotel.

The kitchen supports destination dining experiences, bar service and events in an area of outstanding beauty. Enjoy living on the coast and making the most of the great outdoors. The team operates in a luxury environment with sea views and traditional elements.

Requirements

  • Experienced Chef de Partie
  • Junior Sous Chef readiness
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen
  • Skills in creating stunning dishes
  • Familiarity with high-volume hotel service
  • Comfortable with weekend availability
  • Adaptable to flexitime and overtime

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the team in fast-paced kitchen
  • Create stunning dishes for sea view restaurant
  • Prepare meals for cocktail lounge and public bar
  • Support catering for weddings and events
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations as Junior Sous Chef
  • Maintain high standards in luxury hotel setting
  • Handle volume during daytime and evening shifts
