Camping Le Bel Air ***** is situated in Les Sables-d'Olonne, Vendée, 600m from the rocky coast, 3km from fine sand beaches, and 6km from the seaside promenade. Open from April to November, it offers 297 emplacements including 171 locatifs, leisure infrastructures, and various accommodation ranges. The brasserie seeks a Chef de Partie for the 2026 season on a CDD 39H contract.
Autonomously manage your station covering chaud, froid, grillades, pizzas, and more while preparing and dispatching plats to quality standards. Participate in elaborating menus and suggestions to enhance the offerings. Ensure all operations respect HACCP hygiene and safety norms throughout service.
Work within a dynamic and convivial team amid a pleasant setting with family clientele and estivale ambiance. The site supports a full-time saisonnier role from April to September, extendable to November. Contribute to a bustling kitchen during peak periods.

Requirements
- Formation en cuisine and/or confirmed experience as Chef de Partie
- Autonomy, organization, and rigor
- Team spirit and stress management during high affluence periods
- Motivation and good humeur
