Join Hana Group as a Sushi Chef Manager for minimum 35 hours per week at Mai Sushi in Marks and Spencer Foodhall. Our international, dynamic and fast-growing teams proudly manufacture quality Sushi each day. Work in an exciting environment with ethically sourced products.

Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift. Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance. Be a skilled multitasker while cleaning workspaces and storerooms as required.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards. Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude, always happy to help customers with a smile. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers, clients and ourselves.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
  • Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
  • Clean the workspace and storerooms as required
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers, clients and ourselves
  • Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance
  • Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward plan and stay highly organised
