Motivated to prepare enjoyable stays for guests and support the team? Contribute at Restaurant Experimenta Heilbronn. Ensure menu goods availability considering sustainable food handling, appealing presentation, and precise dish preparation to maintain quality and freshness.

Optimize, organize, and ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with head chef. Continuously control food quality, freshness, and HACCP-compliant storage. Take responsibility for daily tasting and final release of hot dishes before main service.

Actively participate in dish production process. Ensure and control continuous food availability at counters for seamless guest service. Join a creative kitchen environment focused on excellence.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a cook and ideally further training
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in system gastronomy
  • Organizational talent, assertiveness, and initial leadership experience
  • Very good German language skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
  • High degree of loyalty, sense of responsibility, commitment, and independent working style
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings
  • Economic thinking, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit

Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of menu items considering sustainable food handling, appealing presentation, and precise dish preparation to maintain specified quality and freshness
  • Optimize, organize, and ensure smooth daily business operations in coordination with the head chef
  • Continuously control food for quality and freshness and ensure proper storage in compliance with HACCP guidelines
  • Take responsibility for daily tasting and control of produced hot dishes from pre-main business to final release of daily menu items
  • Actively contribute to the food production process and ensure continuous availability at counters for seamless guest service
  • Support the team in preparing enjoyable guest experiences
