Anglicare Sydney

Castle Hill, AU · Full-time · A$75,000 – A$90,000

About this role

Anglicare Sydney has supported older people to live with dignity, purpose and connection for more than 170 years. We're now seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations across our Seniors Communities, bringing the strength, support and strategy to make it happen every day.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for running a café and functions kitchen within a village environment. You'll lead a small team, manage ordering and stock, and ensure consistent, high-quality food and service across café and events.

You'll supervise and support a small team including one casual chef, plan menus and develop specials aligned to resident preferences, and monitor costs to reduce waste. The role also supports delivery of functions and events across the village, ensuring quality, compliance and strong customer experience outcomes.
