From freshly brewed coffee to gourmet meals, we turn food breaks into memorable moments. Join our team as Sous Chef and become a critical member with plenty of responsibility.

You will ensure food is to the highest standard while keeping the kitchen and service area clean, well-presented, and well-stocked. Stay up to date with menus and food offerings, and offer warm, friendly service. Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the food is to the highest standard
  • Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
  • Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
  • Offer a warm and friendly service
  • Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
  • Support kitchen operations and team in delivering high-quality meals
