Daily work centers on preparing the dough, yeast brew, glaze, and fillings according to exact standards. You will weigh ingredients accurately, measure liquids, mix batches, and fry doughnuts while tracking times and temperatures to maintain freshness and limit waste.

The role requires maintaining strict sanitation standards in the production area so equipment runs smoothly and cleanliness supports safe operations. This hands-on position keeps the line moving with consistent output that meets Krispy Kreme expectations every shift.

Team members receive training on all production steps and work in an environment that values professional presentation and uniform standards. Open availability across any shift supports the shop’s need for fresh doughnuts throughout the day.

Requirements

Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
Must be 18 years of age or over.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
Ability to understand weights and measurements.
Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, and handle mixing and frying of doughnuts.
Perform record keeping of times and temperatures for all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
Maintain sanitation standards within the production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
