Work closely with the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing kitchen. Make sure food quality and kitchen vibes stay sky-high. Think with a kaizen mindset, constantly spotting little ways to do things better and making them happen.

Requirements

Passionate about supporting team and helping others be the best they can be while maintaining high standards
Ready to manage the line, planning shifts for right cover, and coaching on the go
