Own your kitchen station by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as works of art. Bring creative flair to develop new menu items with the head chef. Organize tasks, prioritize prep, and maintain a clean workspace under pressure.

Guide and mentor junior chefs while fostering a positive kitchen environment. Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade for smooth service during busy periods. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with regulations.

Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and minimize waste. Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to refine skills. Contribute to a community focused on sustainability, wellbeing, and respite from modern stresses.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience
  • Station mastery in preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Culinary creativity for developing menu items
  • Team leadership to mentor junior staff
  • Detail-oriented for quality control and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
