We are seeking a Chef de Partie for a company restaurant in Blagnac serving 550 covers, where lunch break means pleasure and conviviality. Passionate about homemade cooking, you put your hand to the dough and heart into the plate. As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your station, preparing homemade dishes with precision and passion. You ensure mise en place, service, and compliance with quality standards.

You work as a driving force in a brigade of 14 people, learning every day and contributing to seasonal, generous, and careful cuisine. You combine culinary precision and leadership to delight diners daily. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.

Requirements

  • Diploma in hospitality (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro) preferred.
  • Significant experience in restaurant, ideally collective catering.
  • Mastery of culinary techniques and HACCP standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Passion for homemade cooking and authentic cuisine.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team within the brigade.
