In this role, you will be responsible for your station, preparing homemade dishes with precision and passion. You ensure mise en place, service, and adherence to quality standards, all while contributing to seasonal, generous, and carefully crafted cuisine.

You will work within a brigade of 35 people, operating Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends. The environment emphasizes conviviality and a balance between professional and personal life.

Requirements

Passion for homemade, from-scratch cooking
Diploma in hospitality and restaurant management (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro) preferred
Significant experience in restaurant or collective catering
Mastery of culinary techniques and HACCP standards
Strong sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
