Bear Street Tavern is seeking Line Cooks to join their team in creating Banff's best pizza, as featured on You Gotta Eat Here. The menu highlights signature pizzas, sandwiches, and cast iron specialties that appeal to every adventurer passing through town.

Line Cooks prepare and cook dishes while ensuring all standards are consistently met throughout service. They work closely with chefs to deliver seamless operations in a busy kitchen environment.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. Team members also assist with training new staff when needed to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes while ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required
Execute food orders efficiently during peak service periods
Manage station setup and daily prep work for service
