Featuring the Kitchen in the docuseries Knife Edge, join this Michelin star team as a Chef de Partie at Scratch Restaurants Group. The role centers on maintaining food and service quality standards in a fine dining environment built on an artisanal from scratch approach.

Execute recipes set forth by the CDC while following detailed recipes and company standards. Maintain all kitchen systems and participate fully in daily service, including shift line ups and new menu roll outs.

Work within a professional atmosphere alongside staff and supervisors. Report each shift on time and prepared, upholding fine dining service standards in cadence with the overall dining experience at Sushi|Bar and Pasta|Bar concepts.

Handle inventory tasks such as regular quality inspection of plateware and service pieces. Report broken items promptly while keeping the restaurant and kitchen clean and orderly throughout service.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in savory or garde-manger techniques
  • Maintain clean and orderly restaurant and kitchen
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and enjoyable work environment
  • Be able to clearly communicate during service
  • Be able to work with electronic machinery to complete administrative tasks
  • Standing for long periods of time and work in varied temperatures
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and bend, twist, reach, lift or stoop to retrieve or move product

Responsibilities

  • Execute recipes set forth by the CDC
  • Maintain and follow all systems within the kitchen
  • Follow detailed recipes and company standards
  • Participate in service daily including shift line ups, new menu roll outs, and evolving service and food standards
  • Maintain inventory including regular quality inspection of plateware, bowls, service pieces and report broken items to the CDC or Sous Chef
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere with staff and supervisors inside and outside the establishment
  • Maintain clean and orderly restaurant and kitchen
  • Work with electronic machinery to complete administrative tasks
