Seaport Entertainment seeks a Line Cook based at The Fulton, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine. Responsibilities include preparation and execution of menu items with precision and efficiency. Manage specific stations while ensuring food quality and a clean work environment.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to coordinate order timing and utilize techniques like grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying. Maintain clear communication with chefs, line cooks, dishwashers, and the expediting team. Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols during high-stress peak service.
