Emanation des Maisons Taillevent, les Expériences de Taillevent delivers exclusive luxury gastronomy to companies in prestigious Parisian properties. The role supports this high-end corporate dining offer with precision and excellence.
As Chef de Partie you will handle daily production of entrées, plats and desserts for approximately 60 covers. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 7h00 to 15h30 in a continuous schedule.
You will lead and support the kitchen team while managing stocks, orders and inventories. Strict adherence to HACCP hygiene and traceability standards is required at every stage.
The environment emphasizes impeccable client experience, equipment care and the refined standards of Taillevent. Weekend and public-holiday rest provide a balanced weekly rhythm.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury or high-volume kitchen production
- Strong knowledge of HACCP hygiene and traceability standards
- Ability to lead and support a kitchen team
- Skills in stock management, ordering and inventory control
- Attention to equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness
Responsibilities
- Assurer la production culinaire (entrées, plats ou desserts) avec exigence et créativité
