
About this role
As a Chef de Partie with Elior at work, you support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team. A great workday starts with great food, and we bring exciting, fresh and flexible catering to workplaces across the UK.
You ensure food preparation meets COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations while supporting the manager with ordering and controlling food stocks within budget. You maintain up to date product and menu knowledge and deliver high standards of food preparation and presentation.
We are a people-first business with over 10,000 colleagues serving workplaces, stadiums, hospitals and schools. Shift patterns run 7.30am to 4.00pm or 12.00pm to 8.30pm, with occasional early starts to cover breakfast service.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures
- Ensure food preparation and control meets COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
- Maintain up to date product and menu knowledge and a high standard of food preparation and presentation
- Ensure portion and quality control across all menu items
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas and equipment
