The Club Company is a premium collection of 18 golf and country clubs across the UK. We blend golf, fitness, and wellness to offer a complete lifestyle. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

Assist the Sous Chef with food preparation to specification ensuring high-quality dishes. Help source necessary ingredients and small equipment items while minimising wastage. Consistently maintain a clean and sanitary workstation following safe food handling practices.

Report directly to the Head Chef and participate in departmental meetings. Assist during busy periods and communicate within the team. Our CARE values guide us: Caring, Ambitious, Respectful, and Energised in a feel-good environment.

Requirements

Ability to follow recipes and preparation specifications precisely
