Mar-Bella Collection is a growing group of four award-winning five-star luxury hotels located around the Ionian Sea. The iconic MarBella, Nido, Avali and Elix properties deliver refined hospitality experiences to guests across Corfu and Thesprotia.

The group seeks a Demi Chef de Partie for the hot breakfast kitchen at MarBella Hotel in Corfu for the 2026 season. The role focuses on preparing the station, supporting cold kitchen needs and readying raw materials under the Chef's direction.

Daily work centers on maintaining the assigned post while strictly following HACCP food safety standards. The kitchen environment values teamwork, professional appearance and courteous guest-facing behavior at all times.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant
  • Knowledge of thematic cuisine such as Italian or Asian preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of ISO and HACCP standards
  • Culinary arts degree

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the workspace and station for service
  • Support the needs of the cold kitchen
  • Prepare raw materials according to Chef instructions
  • Take full responsibility for the assigned station
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior
