Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Independent Cook
- Formal education in Gastronomy (medium or higher level)
- Intermediate English level (B2)
- EU passport is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated kitchen station independently
- Prepare and plate dishes to venue standards
- Handle unexpected challenges during service
- Maintain food quality and presentation consistency
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety compliance
- Coordinate with team members on daily prep
