Step into a world of flavours and exceptional products at Maison Georges Blanc, a two Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in Vonnas. As Chef de Partie Pâtisserie, you will manage your section and ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in every dessert.
You will oversee the pastry section during preparation and service, executing refined creations with attention to detail and seasonality. Coordinating with the kitchen brigade ensures smooth and timely service while maintaining a clean workstation in compliance with HACCP.
Working closely with the Pastry Chef and leadership team, you contribute to the refinement and precision expected in Michelin-starred gastronomy. The restaurant, awarded stars since 1929, offers a unique and peaceful working environment in the heart of the village of Vonnas.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques.
- Experience in a pastry section within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
- Ability to supervise and guide junior team members.
- Attention to detail and precision in dessert presentation.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Creativity and passion for seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the pastry section during preparation and service.
- Ensure the quality, precision, and presentation of all desserts in line with the Maison’s standards.
- Execute and contribute to refined pastry creations with attention to detail and seasonality.
- Supervise and guide commis within the pastry section.
- Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support the Pastry Chef in the continuous improvement of the dessert offering.
