About this role

Cheeky, a high energy seafood restaurant from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is opening in Charleston in Fall 2026. We celebrate pristine coastal ingredients, pour great cocktails and vibrant wines, and buzz with lively indoor-outdoor energy defined by warm spirited hospitality.

As our Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry program with creativity, discipline, and a focus on excellence. You will manage daily bread, pastry, and dessert production, collaborate on menu development with ownership and the culinary leadership team, and partner with the savory team to ensure balance and cohesion across the entire menu.

You will train and mentor staff in traditional and modern pastry techniques, maintaining consistency in execution, cleanliness, and organization. This is a hands-on role perfect for a driven professional who brings both creativity and consistency to the table while contributing to a dynamic, high-performance kitchen.
