Your health and safety are important, so production and safety guidelines are in place to help you do what you love most. You’ll bake and prepare a variety of food according to standardized recipes, set up your workstation, and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.

Requirements

Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred
Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
Required to obtain food safety certification(s)
Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Bake and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
Safely use a variety of utensils including knives
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
