About this role

The Botanist L1 is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations. You will be the unsung hero and backbone of our kitchens, keeping everything clean and tidy while chefs focus on service.

You bring pots and pans as needed and stay vital to ensuring service runs smoothly at all times. Chefs can be messy, so your role maintains order throughout every shift.

You work alongside the rest of the team in our beautiful locations where food is prepared with flourish and served with unrivalled showmanship to entertain guests.

Whether you love this role or aspire to move up into a Chef role, you will always be willing to learn more and find new and exciting ways of working.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn more and find new ways of working
  • Ability to keep kitchens clean and organised
  • Readiness to support service flow at all times

Responsibilities

  • Keep everything clean and tidy in the kitchen
  • Bring pots and pans to support the chefs
  • Ensure service runs as smoothly as possible
  • Maintain order while chefs focus on food preparation
