Requirements

Kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
German language skills.
Genuine hands-on mentality and a 'can-do' attitude.
Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy.
Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
Openness to digital tools and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the kitchen team as a helping hand to ensure smooth operations.
Provide the kitchen team with clean dishes and pots to avoid interruptions in food preparation.
Respond confidently to guest orders with flexibility and speed.
Work in the kitchen area to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Support the team with preparation tasks as needed.
