Requirements
- Kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
- German language skills.
- Genuine hands-on mentality and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
- Openness to digital tools and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team as a helping hand to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide the kitchen team with clean dishes and pots to avoid interruptions in food preparation.
- Respond confidently to guest orders with flexibility and speed.
- Work in the kitchen area to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the team with preparation tasks as needed.
