Stargazy Bar & Grill at Tregoad Holiday Park is seeking a Seasonal Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant and dynamic kitchen team. This role offers an excellent entry point for anyone keen to start their career in a busy kitchen environment.

Your day-to-day work will involve general cleaning duties, washing pots and utensils to the highest standards, and performing minimal food preparation as needed. You will also assist the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen consistently adheres to health and safety policies.

You will be part of a supportive, hardworking team that values reliability and a positive attitude. Working in a fast-paced setting, you will help maintain a spotless kitchen while the chefs focus on creating great food for our guests.

This seasonal, part-time position provides a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a professional kitchen. With ongoing training and development opportunities, this role can be a strong starting point for a longer-term career in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety policies.
Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a spotless kitchen.
Washing pots and utensils, ensuring they are cleaned to the highest standards.
Performing minimal food preparation tasks as needed.
Supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
