Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand 100% of the shift with bending, stooping, and twisting.
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Commitment to maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the dish machine.
Keep the heart of house clean and tidy by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following sanitation procedures.
Scrape and pre-rinse dishes and load dish racks efficiently.
Unload clean items and return them to proper storage locations.
Assist with kitchen cleanliness including cleaning work surfaces and equipment as needed.
