Day-to-day responsibilities include sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils, then placing them in racks to send through the dish machine. You will also sort and stack clean dishes, carry them to the cook's line and proper storage areas, and re-wash soiled dishes before delivering.

Additional duties involve changing dishwater in the dish machine every hour, trash removal, filling and emptying soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions, and sweeping and mopping floors. You will also sweep up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and garbage dumpster, and conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.

This casual part-time position offers shifts between 5 am and 12 pm, weekdays and weekends. Kohler Co. invests in each individual's personal development and offers the opportunity to collaborate with others across functions and roles.

Requirements

Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area
At least 18 years of age
Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities
