Provide excellent service no matter what time guests are dining. Airport shifts can start as early as 3am, which means early finishes. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment while supporting kitchen operations.

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen porter or trainee role
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
Flexibility in hours as airport shifts can start at 3am
Ability to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history
Willingness to undertake a criminal record check

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest possible standards within the kitchens
Deliver excellence through great looking food and serve dishes that delight guests
Keep kitchens clean and organised to support smooth service
Assist with basic food preparation and dishwashing as required
Monitor stock and report any issues to the kitchen team
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
