About this role
Marbled & Fin is a modern and elevated steakhouse experience in downtown Charleston, celebrating prime steaks, highest quality seafood, and an expansive wine and spirits list. We are looking for a driven and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team and elevate their craft in a place where craftsmanship, hospitality, and innovation come together.
As the Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry program with creativity, discipline, and a focus on excellence. You will collaborate on menu development with ownership and the culinary leadership team, while managing daily bread, pastry, and dessert production with unwavering attention to quality and presentation.
You will train and mentor staff in both traditional and modern pastry techniques, ensuring consistency in execution, cleanliness, and organization. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, high-performance kitchen, where you will partner with the savory team to ensure balance and cohesion across the entire menu.
