As a Line Cook, you'll prepare high-quality meals for a variety of events, contributing to memorable moments for fans and guests.

Your day-to-day involves preparing and cooking premium ingredients for catered events, premium stadium offerings, and game day events. You'll follow recipes and focus on marinating, seasoning, and cooking meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to ensure every dish meets Levy Core Signature standards.

You'll work closely with the Culinary team to execute event-specific menu items, ensuring food is cooked according to recipes and event specifications. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with no two weeks looking the same as you support MLB games, concerts, and special events at Chase Field.

Requirements

Experience in a high-volume kitchen or food service environment.
Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with attention to detail.
Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
Flexibility to work a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-driven shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality, premium ingredients for catered events, premium stadium offerings, game day events, and other events as needed.
Follow recipes and ensure the execution of dishes, focusing on marinating, seasoning, and cooking meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
Ensure the freshness, quality, and storage of all ingredients used in food preparation.
Work closely with Culinary team to execute event-specific menu items, ensuring food is cooked according to recipes, standards, event specifications, and Levy Core Signature standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including rotating stock and monitoring ingredient levels.
