Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts, and banquet selections
  • Follow recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals
  • Operate grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing products
  • Monitor food quality, flavor, appearance, and presentation to meet standards
  • Accommodate food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requests
  • Support banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment following food safety procedures
