As a Line Cook, you'll bring creativity, precision, and passion to every plate, preparing a variety of dishes from appetizers to banquet selections. Your day-to-day involves following recipes, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts, and banquet selections
- Follow recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals
- Operate grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing products
- Monitor food quality, flavor, appearance, and presentation to meet standards
- Accommodate food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requests
- Support banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment following food safety procedures
