About this role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Club Company, a premium collection of golf and country clubs across the UK. In this role, you will work alongside and report to the Head and or Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will oversee food safety, uphold health and safety compliance, and maintain high standards across all kitchen sections. Your day-to-day includes preparing and serving food to specification, supervising staff, managing stock, minimising waste, and ensuring cleanliness in food preparation areas.

  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance
  • Ability to supervise staff and manage stock effectively

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside and report to the Head and or Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in food preparation areas
  • Prepare and serve food to specification
  • Supervise kitchen staff and manage stock levels
  • Minimise waste and contribute to departmental goals
  • Assist during busy periods and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
