About this role
Join our fun and fast-paced HopCat location as a line cook, where you'll work in a high-volume kitchen serving craft beers, Cosmik Fries, and a full menu of entrees and shareable apps. This role is perfect for starting your career or continuing your love for cooking in a welcoming environment.
Day-to-day, you'll prepare ingredients, cook menu items to order, and maintain a clean, organized station during both day and night shifts. You'll also take part in our industry-leading recycling and composting program, helping divert up to 90% of kitchen waste from landfills.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Availability for both day and night shifts, including weekends
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized recipes
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work station
Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, entrees, and shareable appetizers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station during day and night shifts
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Participate in the industry-leading recycling and composting program to reduce waste
- Assist with prep work and restocking ingredients as needed
- Communicate with team members during rush periods to keep service flowing
