As a Line Cook, you will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
Your day-to-day focus will be on keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. You'll work in a high-volume, full-service restaurant concept known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, where we love inspiring our guests with burgers beyond yumagination.

Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to safely handle and prepare food following sanitation standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals
- Cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- Keep Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, broilers, and ovens safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift
- Communicate with team members during peak service to coordinate timing and quality
