
About this role
This Line Cook position focuses on producing and maintaining the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. You will ensure that safety, sanitation, and food standards are met with precision and timeliness every shift.
Daily tasks include timeliness with station readiness in proper uniform, maintaining a brisk and steady pace, and recipe adherence during prep. You will portion using scales and recipe cards, practice clean-as-you-go, and stock supplies before the rush.
Teamwork is essential as you will communicate well with others and support prep as needed. A positive attitude and professional image are required, with attention to detail and initiative to balance fluctuating workloads. Safe food handling and OSHA guidelines are always top priorities.
The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with 2 years of related experience preferred. Productivity is measured by both quality and quantity of work completed in a given time period.

Responsibilities
- Ensure station readiness at scheduled time in proper uniform.
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized, no unnecessary steps.
- Adhere to 100% recipe knowledge during prep and production.
- Portion ingredients using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards, performing portion control tests.
- Keep kitchen and equipment in like-new condition by practicing clean-as-you-go.
- Stock supplies before the rush to think ahead.
- Receive, rotate, and stock food items properly.
- Support prep as needed and maintain a safe working environment following OSHA guidelines.
