We are seeking a Prep Cook to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food items. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent dining experiences by efficiently preparing menu items with care and attention to detail.
In this role, you will assist in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. You'll also help wash dishes and keep the dish area clean and clear of debris.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking in a hotel, restaurant, food, or concessions outlet facility or related field
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, food, or concessions environment
- Ability to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
- Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ability to follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards consistently
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Cook and prepare food products including sauces, stocks, breads, and other menu items according to facility recipes and standards
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio
- Ensure all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards
- Assist in washing dishes and putting them away in appropriate areas
- Help keep the dish area clean and clear of debris
- Support the kitchen team in delivering excellent dining experiences with care and attention to detail
